We also have customized door and gate codes which change for each guest so that there are no keys to worry about during your stay. From the moment you walk through the front door, you'll be consumed by a luxurious view of your high-end furnishings including an ultra-comfortable Ligne Roset Couch, Italian leather day beds, Hollywood glam chair, a private backyard oasis with a heated saltwater pool, opulent outdoor furniture and best of all, for a nominal fee, you have exclusive access to a luxurious private 60 foot Sunseeker Performance MotorYacht available for private day voyages exclusively to guests of our home. We've also recently completed an extensive backyard renovation, which includes a covered pergola, outdoor kitchen, and bar, seating for 12, an outdoor dining area with modern Teak dining furniture, and new landscaping with perfectly situated outdoor lighting that turns the property into an evening oasis. 

 This impeccable home was custom designed with luxury in mind and is equipped with all new furnishings, appliances, bedrooms, and amenities and features high 20-foot ceilings throughout the living area and 12-foot ceilings throughout the upstairs bedrooms along with warm Brazilian teak flooring throughout. The new HDTV entertainment system with a 75" TV is completely equipped with Google internet TV, tons of specialty channels on Comcast, Netflix, and much more, and also features an outdoor poolside sound system. Our 2 climate controls offer the perfect temperature throughout the home. We invite you to be one of our lucky guests and relax in an exquisitely decorated Spa style atmosphere. Feel like you're on your own private island in your master suite featuring a brand new Bamboo Pelican Reef Canopy bed, private balcony with seating area, and an oversized luxurious jacuzzi tub in your own private ensuite.

 All additional bedrooms feature brand new high-end Tropical Pelican Reef furnishings, new plush pillow-top mattresses, and fully appointed closet space with ample storage of your personal belongings. Each bedroom is equipped with linens and towels for your convenience. RESERVATION DEPOSITS ARE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS IN ORDER TO SECURE THE PROPERTY FOR ANY SELECTED DATES. ONCE A RESERVATION IS ACCEPTED AND CONFIRMED, WE UPDATE THE CALENDAR IMMEDIATELY UPON MAKING THE RESERVATION AND PROVIDE OUR GUESTS WITH CONFIRMATIONS. ONCE A RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED, ANOTHER PARTY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESERVE THE SAME DATES AND OUR HOME WILL NO LONGER APPEAR ON SEARCH RESULTS FOR THE SAME DATES.
