The space
This single level home includes driveway parking for up to 3 cars, and an open concept main floor with direct access to the covered patio and fenced-in pool area.

Open to large entryway with billiards table that leads to kitchen and dining. Lots of comfortable seating around a 65” smartTV on two large sofas that both convert to sleeper beds.

KITCHEN:
Open to the dining area and large entryway that leads to living room. Fully equipped with plenty of cookware, glassware, dishes, and utensils for your group. Includes a large eat-in island, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, 4-burner electric stove, large oven, dishwasher with detergent provided, coffee maker, tea kettle,
and basic household spices and cleaning supplies.

DINING:
Dining area adjacent to kitchen and large sliders features a long wooden table with seating for 8, plus 3 stools at the eat-in island.
