Apartment 1401 at The Alexander is a beautiful 1100 sq ft SIGNATURE OCEANFRONT SUITE on the 14th floor. Newly constructed in 2017, staying here you can expect:

3 bedrooms - King bed in master, 2 single twins in guest bedroom and 2 twins in 3rd guest bedroom. Twin beds can be put together to make a king double
Sofa opens to a single size flatbed for a child
Rollaway bed can be provided
2 bathrooms – the master bath has a separate stall shower and jacuzzi bathtub, guest bathroom has a stall shower

Standard rate includes up to 6 guests, additional guest is $35 per night up to a maximum of 7 guests. The 7th guest will be provided a folding bed.

There is a great play area for children on our property and a bonus public playground just one block away.

In addition, we are close to some of the most popular attractions in Miami Beach such as water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, parrot jungle, Seaquarium, Children’s Museum, Theatre, Historic Art Deco district and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and minutes from the Miami International Airport, the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous nightlife entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel (where we also have rental properties!), Eden Roc, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe’s and Aventura Mall. There are so many fun things to do in Miami Beach.

Disclaimer: Please excuse the appearance of our hallways as we continue to beautify and decorate our property. Our units are furnished beautifully, and outside work being performed to hallways and upper pool deck should not affect your stay. Renovations and beautification of the Alexander is expected to continue during weekdays 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and occasionally on Saturdays with lighter work being done. Our main larger pool is open for use, along with poolside tiki bar, and direct access to the beach. Please check our guest reviews for any concerns you may have.

In the rare event that an unexpected maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is comparable in value with similar amenities to the unit reserved.
