- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The space

The home has lots of space to enjoy, both inside and outdoors.

There is a custom built kitchen with granite counters and a large kitchen island with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots, and stocked with all plates, glasses and utensils etc.
The bathrooms have shampoo/ body wash & conditioner, and are equipped with plenty of extra towels.
Also there is a Wine area by the dining room and is only set up for decoration. (WINE BOTTLES ARE ONLY FOR DISPLAY)
NO SMOKING INDOORS ALLOWED.
There is plenty of parking space available in the driveway, for approximately 6 cars.
Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet therefore we DO NOT allow any type of parties at the property. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum as you will be staying in a residential area. We welcome family & vacation stays.
