The space
Enjoy this completely private and secure home. The back of the property is surrounded by a 6ft fence for complete privacy and security.

The home is equipped with outdoor security cameras for your safety and protection.

You will have full access to the entire home. In addition, you will have access to a washer, dryer, clean sheets, hairdryer, iron, and dishwasher in our home!

This home has a large pool. The backyard has many seats and 2 lounge chairs;

a long table, good for the entire family, as well as a 65-inch tv. The pool comes with LED lighting, which allows you to change the color of the pool.

There is also a LED sign by the pool for photos and your enjoyment.

This outdoor patio includes an outdoor propane gas GRILL, underneath a pergola for seating, shade, and eating!

** We DO NOT allow parties at our home, and quiet hours begin after 10 pm outside. All other times, we ask that you keep it at a reasonable level *** STRICTLY ENFORCED ***

This spacious house is located in the heart of Miami. The house includes a pool, grill, pool table, Wireless Internet, Smart TV, and Golf putting green.

The driveway fits 5 cars, 1 RV & 1 car, or 1 truck towing a boat & 1 car.

The Internet:

The house is equipped with WiFi. There are 4 Smart TVs in the house. There is 1 in the living room, 1 in the master bedroom, 1 in the bunk bedroom, and 1 outside in the patio area.

The Bedroom Arrangements:

There are 3 bedrooms on the property

The one master suite has a king-size bed with a view of the pool. There is an en-suite master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a large closet and a tv for your entertainment.

The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds with a view of the pool. There is also a tv in this room for your entertainment.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed with a view of the putting green and outdoor kitchen.

Every bedroom is furnished with high-quality mattresses and pillows, Smart TVs, night and daylight, closets, cabinets, high-quality linens, and towels.

The Kitchen and Dining:

The beautiful kitchen has everything you need to make a quick snack or a 5-course gourmet meal. Dishes, silverware, glassware, stemware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and appliances, including a dishwasher (we provide the detergent), are all provided in this well-equipped kitchen.

There is a coffee maker, toaster, oven, and microwave in the kitchen as well as a huge refrigerator with a freezer.

Outside Kitchen:

There is a large luxury dining area outside, which includes a granite dining table that comfortably seats 12; as well as an outdoor area suitable for a big group.

The Common areas:

2 spacious family and playrooms with TV, comfortable couches, and Pool table. Open space kitchen equipped with tableware, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, and oven.

DISCLAIMER:

• This property does not allow local residents, groups under 18, events, gatherings, or parties of any kind.

• Guests violating this policy are subject to removal from the premises with a refund.

• Guest is 100% responsible for any damages or broken things in the house.

• Please do not park in vehicles on the grass. Any damage to grass will result in an additional charge for lawn maintenance. There is more than enough parking on the premises.

• Check-in is anytime after 4 pm (early check-in fee $75 per hour)

• Check out 10 am ( late check-out fee $85 per hour) guest violating these rules will be charged on the card on file.

• We kindly ask you to take out your garbage to respective bins (Green one is for regular trash Blue one for recycling only)

• Trash pick up is Monday and Thursday if you are staying the previous day of this day you are responsible for taking the Green bin out to the front by the side walk to be picked up in the morning.

• We are not responsible for any guest that gets injured by not following house rules such as, running around the pool, diving, horse playing, etc.

• Any guest that is not on the reservation should not be on the property. Violating this rule will result in automatic cancelation of the agreement with no refund.

• Please make sure gates are locked at all times

• Make sure to not leave doors open while you are outside in order to maintain A/C cool inside

• The burner and grill are on propane please make sure that that the gas is turned off after use.

• Do not use bath towels to remove makeup or clean floors. Excessive damage of towels will be charged a fee.

• Please avoid placing food, drinks, or any items on the pool table. Any evidence of stains or damage will result in a charge of $500 dollars.

• Please do not eat in bedrooms or on the sofa any stains will result in an additional cleaning fee or charge of replacing the item.

• Please avoid putting hot dishes or coffee cups in the living rooms, playroom, or bedroom furniture.

• When using the Golf putting green, keep in mind that this is not an actual golf course. Please be mindful of your swing so that the golf ball does not fly into the neighbor's yard. Any missing golf balls or damage to clubs will result in a replacement fee being assessed.

• If using the dishwasher, please avoid putting pans, chef's knives, and wooden utensils in the dishwasher.

No weapons or drugs allowed on the property.

• Turn off fans, lights, and electronics when no one is using them

• Smoking inside the house is forbidden. If evidence of smoking inside of the house is found, we will retain your entire security deposit.

• NO SMOKING NEAR OUTSIDE GRILL DUE TO PROPANE GAS

• NO Events Or Parties Allowed On Property

• Without prior written approval, no events or large gatherings of more than 11 people or more shall be permitted on the property. Any such unauthorized events shall be considered false pretense and will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in or shall be forced to leave the property if already checked in.

•. An additional charge or $175.00 per person per night for guests in addition will be assessed.

MINIMUM STAY–

•. This property requires a three (3) night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.

WATER AND SEPTIC –

Do Not flush paper, towel paper, feminine products, toys, or any kind of trash on the toilet to avoid clog drains.

•. The house is on a city septic tank system. The sewage system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper materials are flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything down the toilet, please use the trash bin located in the bathroom. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to three hundred dollars ($300).

EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISES-

• The city of Miami Gardens has an ordinance regarding loud music and the police will enforce against any loud disturbances of the peace. It’s advised that all tenants be careful to not be excessively loud especially after 10 PM. If the police are called due to loud noise or disturbing the peace; you will be asked to leave, your entire security deposit will be withheld and your remaining nights will not be refunded. If the neighbors complain to us, we will issue a fine to you of $200 for disturbing them.

*** Pool Hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 PM - After that time we please ask to keep noise at a minimum if outside.

There are outdoor cameras in order to prevent wrongful parking, extra guests, and excessive noise. Our team is monitoring all cameras to prevent unauthorized parties and any type of event that will put in danger our neighborhood.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises, and the owners or managers of the property cannot be held liable.
