- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

For those looking for a large, exquisite vacation home, this luxury villa checks all the boxes. Located on a 12,500 square foot lot, this six bedroom, seven-bathroom waterfront home is situated on the waterfront with unobstructed bay views. All bedrooms are en-suite with rainwater showers and the house includes marble and glass flooring with river stones in the bathrooms. With smart house technology, this house includes plenty of features for the modern family. Guests will have access to the ocean along with a pool and spa to relax in at the end of the day or all day long.

Guest must sign A Guest Registration Agreement and send Damage Deposit via Wire or Transfer. All guest must be approved after proper background search. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 100% no party rule unless negotiated in the contract. Violation can forfeit the full damage deposit and immediate eviction without any refunds. $49 For Background Search & Damage Protection Insurance Fee

Units need to remain unoccupied for 24 hours in between check out and the time housekeeping can clean by government orders. Units have to be blocked off between 24 to 48 hours between check-in and check out to get the unit re-cleaned up to Covid-19 standards.
