- Check Out : Before 11:00 AM
- Refundable Damage Deposit - $5,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $5,000.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Featuring a heated pool, two masters, Downtown Views and so much more. The gated driveway outside fits multiple cars on a very secluded and private lot. Located within walking distance of temples and the beach! This oversized lot is super secluded and has 86 feet of water frontage. Great pool and yard, this is an amazing home for entertainment. Dates blocked are when we are using the property. Please inquire with any specific questions and we are happy to answer. As you can see we are a highly rated host and always ensure complete satisfaction with all of our guests.

Outdoor noise must be kept library voice quiet 10 pm - 9 am.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ANYWHERE IN THE HOME OR ON THE PREMISES. Your violation fine may be in excess of $5,000 or more per occurrence and an immediate notice to vacate the property will be served for any party, noise or police complaint. Any fine levied against the landlord by the Police or City related to tenants’ conduct (noise/music/parties/disruptive behavior) will be billed to the tenant and the entire security deposit will be forfeited.
Any cited noise violation carries during the stay carries the maximum possible City fine of up to $5,000.00 which will be taken from the deposit.
Guests must provide a photo ID upon check-in. Guest that books must be the one checking in.
No smoking inside the house. The fine is $1,000 per occurrence and will be taken from the security deposit.
No outside music/DJ equipment. Breaking this rule will be immediate grounds for removal and loss of deposit.
