- Refundable Damage Deposit - $5,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $5,000.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the property.
Other things to note:
- Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am.
- Parties and gatherings are not allowed.
- Music in the backyard is not allowed. Please be respectful of neighbors.
- There are noise sensors to monitor noise levels.
- Any visitors must be approved by the host in writing.
Fees:
- Early check-in at 2 pm is $500 (cleaners may still be working).
- Late check-out at 1 pm is $500.
- There is a $300 per day fee to heat the pool and/or hot tub.
- There is a $100 per day fee for each guest staying that exceeds 8 guests.
- Pets are welcome for a $200 per pet fee.
