Description

This two bedroom suite is located on the 29th floor in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Tresor tower! Connecting via a private foyer this 1 bedroom + Jr suite with 2 king beds, 2 full-size sofa sleepers also features a full kitchen (microwave, oven, stove, fridge) living room + 2nd kitchenette, 3 full bathrooms. EXTRA BEDs are available and can be requested at the hotel for $45 per bed, per night.

The space
Beds: The 2 bedroom suite can accommodate maximum 9 guests between 2 king size beds, 2 full size sleeper sofas and maximum 3 rollaway beds rented from the hotel for an additional $45/night plus tax, 5 nights and more the rollaway beds would be $200 plus tax, for the entire stay, per bed.

Guests are entitled to all concierge services, two Lapis spa passes daily per unit (spa entry only - other services are additional), complimentary valet parking for one car per unit, and all hotel amenities.

Please note the only hotel charge not included in the rate is the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge.

There are 3 cleaning options charged by the hotel:

1. Everyday cleaning: $115 per cleaning plus tax
2. DEFAULT SELECTION - Every-other day cleaning: $115 per cleaning plus tax (recommended for 3 nights plus) - GUEST MAY CHANGE THEIR PREFERENCE AT CHECK IN WITH FRONT DESK.
3. Check out cleaning fee- Hotel stay of 3 nights or less, Check Out Service Fee
$115 (One Bedroom Suite) Hotel stay of 4 nights or more $300 plus tax (one time fee- no service provided-)

We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in, otherwise default every-other-day cleaning applies. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.

Guest access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), 1 valet parking spot ($50/day value) and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel’s mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite.

Other things to note
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $150 per day(per suite) in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid.


CHECK IN TIME: AFTER 4:00 PM - DEPENDING ON HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER.
Late check ins will not be ground for disputes for credit or anything of nature.

CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, NOTHING GUARANTEED BUT IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.

Note that regardless of being able to send a request or inquiry, weekends might require 3 or 4 nights minimum, certain time we can accommodate less nights, but it is at this account's discretion . Holidays will require a certain number of nights minimum stay depending on the holiday.

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.
