Bedrooms- master has king double bed and a bonus twin, T.V. and private accessible bathroom with walk in shower; guest has 3 twins (or can be configured as double king and twin), TV; bedroom 3 has queen double, TV and converted den is bedroom four with single twin, TV; Bedroom 4 can have twin from master bedroom relocated for either 2 single twins or a king double. Rollaway Bed can be requested for 10th guest.

There is a great play area for children on our property and a bonus public playground just one block away.

In addition, we are close to some of the most popular attractions in Miami Beach such as water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, parrot jungle, Seaquarium, Children’s Museum, Theatre, Historic Art Deco district and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and minutes from the Miami International Airport, the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous nightlife entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel (where we also have rental properties!), Eden Roc, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe’s and Aventura Mall. There are so many fun things to do in Miami Beach you won't want to leave!

Disclaimer: Please excuse the appearance of our hallways as we continue to beautify and decorate our property. Our units are furnished beautifully, and outside work being performed to hallways and upper pool deck should not affect your stay. Renovations and beautification of the Alexander is expected to continue during weekdays 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and occasionally on Saturdays with lighter work being done. Our main larger pool is open for use, along with poolside tiki bar, and direct access to the beach. Please check our guest reviews for any concerns you may have.

In the rare event that an unexpected maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is comparable in value with similar amenities to the unit reserved.
