Refundable Damage Deposit - $10,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $10,000.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Charming and contemporary chic home with bay view on the desirable east end of Venetian Island. Family friendly setting 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Large smooth lines and open living room with walls of glass doors opening to a pool, and bay views. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, laundry room, and white slip covered sofas. First and second floor master suites, king beds with Egyptian cotton linens and Jacuzzi tub. Two flat screen TVs and internet access. Walking distance to restaurants, Lincoln Road, and the beach.

Other things to note
– Pets: If a pet is permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per pet, per stay and an additional refundable pet deposit required.
– Our Guest Services Agent will provide a Gate Remote to access the available front driveway for parking. Lost Gate Remotes will result in a $50 charge.
– Bookings over 6 days will require one mid-week clean of $250 plus tax, every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit and includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
– The Management Company will require you to sign the terms & conditions within 48 hours of booking. The reservation will be considered pending until the contract is returned along with a copy of your identification and the CC used to book the unit. The agreement will be sent to the email address under which the reservation was made.
– We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances.
