Description
Villa Borsa is a Luxury villa boasting 7,000 sqft of living footage, sitting on a massive waterfront estate. The villa has 8 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, an office, and a gym. 5 of the bedrooms are en-suite with private bathrooms.
The Gym and/or office can be converted into additional sleeping space required to make a total of 10 rooms. The Bedroom breakdown is as follows
Floor 1
Room 1 - Ensuite with full bath and 1 King
Room 2 - Ensuite with full bath and 2 queens
room 3 - full gym including weights, bench, yoga mats, dumbells, treadmill, bike, tv, mirror, and ballet bar (bonus 9th bedroom with queen if needed)

(north wing 2 rooms share 1 bath)
room 4 - bedroom with 2 twins
room 5 - bedroom with 2 queens
floor 2 (South wing)
room 6 - Master - 1 king

This property does have over 130 feet of dock space and waterfront but is on the other side of a fixed bridge so only boats that are lower than 12 feet tall can go under the bridge. This eliminates yachts with 2nd deck. Jet skis can park here anytime. The owner of this villa also has a 72-foot yacht and he offers his guests 1 complimentary 6-hour charter on his beautiful yacht that can accommodate up to 13 guests per Coast Guard standards.
The homes come with TVs in each bedroom, Sonos through the 1st floor, and can be taken outside if wanted. The pool is not heated but it's at a nice 89 degrees pretty much year around.
The kitchen is a kosher-style kitchen equipped with 2 of every appliance and 2 sinks. This villa is also 2 blocks to a temple. The home has a drive-in gate and a drive-out gate, a full security system, and an equipped office with a printer for guests' use if needed. The villa has a total of 3 kings, 5 queens, 1 full, and 4 twins sleeping a total of 21. The dining table seats only 16 but there is an additional dining area off the kitchen with a dining set for 6 more guests. If you chose to dine outside there is a patio table for 16 outside.
this home is wonderful for events with less than 150 guests. The backyard can easily accommodate.
