***THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A BALCONY*** This is one of the deluxe junior suites in the luxurious Fontainebleau Hotel. This suite has garden view from the 3rd floor of the Sorrento Tower, and is 650 sq ft- twice as big as standard rooms in the hotel and 25-30% bigger than other junior suites in the Tresor and Sorrento condos. The suite accommodates up to 4 guests, it has a king size bed, one full size sleeper sofa and additional rollaway bed can be rented from the hotel.

The space
Bed setup: The suite has a king size bed, one full size sofa sleeper, and up to 1 extra rollaway bed can be rented from the hotel for an additional charge of $45/night plus tax.

Guests are entitled to all concierge services, two Lapis spa passes daily (spa entry only - other services are additional), complimentary valet parking for one car, and all hotel amenities.

There are 3 cleaning options charged by the hotel.
1. Everyday cleaning: $50 per cleaning plus tax
2. Every-other day cleaning: $50 per cleaning plus tax (recommended for 3 nights plus)
3. Check out cleaning fee- $125 plus tax (one time fee- no service provided- recommended for stays of a week or longer)

We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.

Guest access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), 1 valet parking spot ($50/day value) and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel’s mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite.

Other things to note
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $150 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid.

CHECK IN TIME: AFTER 4:00 PM DEPENDING ON HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER

CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, NOTHING GUARANTEED BUT IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.

Note that regardless of being able to send a request or inquiry, weekends might require 3 or 4 nights minimum, at certain times we can accommodate less nights, but this is at the account's discretion . Holidays will require a certain number of nights minimum stay depending on the holiday.

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.
