- Refundable Damage Deposit - $500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Welcome to Piedra. Cruising down the Pacific Coast Highway with the top down, wind flowing through your hair living your California Dream. You pull up to your Malibu mountainside home and take in the panoramic views of the ocean, and suddenly get the urge to book a surfing lesson at Zuma beach. Walking through your Malibu oasis you'd be forgiven to think you've been transported to a Mediterranean island, you take a seat outside on a bench, and listen to the sounds of birds chirping in the sun. Your friend hands you a badminton racket and sternly says "meet you on the court", you casually stroll over and win the game, no sweat. You pop a bottle of Malibu's finest and take in your victory as you watch the stars light up the sky from your hot tub. Whether you're in town to tan, surf, hike, rub shoulders with celebrities or go wine tasting, this house is the perfect sanctuary to call home with those you love.
This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!
Our home features 5 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements (airbed, sofa or trifold mat).
