- Refundable Damage Deposit - $4,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $4,000.00
- Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

With 6 spacious bedrooms, Casa Costa accommodates up to 14 guests in total comfort. For larger groups, this villa may be combined with its neighboring property, Casa Mar, to create a 12-bedroom retreat (subject to availability).

Maximum occupancy: 14 guests (additional $100 USD per guest, per night, over 12 guests)
No smoking
No pets
No events without prior written approval (guest count must match rental agreement)
Principal guest must be 25+ unless otherwise approved
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of arrival
All service providers (chefs, butlers, masseuses, etc.) must be arranged through Cabo Platinum for safety and deposit protection
