This stunning property boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors that allow the outside beauty to flood in, resulting in a massive living area. Prepare to be impressed by the array of amenities offered across multiple floors, ensuring there's something for every member of your party. On the lower level, a spacious game room awaits, featuring ping pong, pool, and foosball tables, guaranteeing lively evenings filled with entertainment.

Please note that due to government orders, there is a mandatory 24-hour unoccupied period between check-out and housekeeping cleaning. Additionally, units must be blocked off for 24 to 48 hours between check-in and check-out to ensure thorough cleaning according to Covid-19 standards.

At the West Hollywood Luxury Retreat, we strictly prohibit and condemn "party houses." Our Rules & Regulations are subject to change, so it is your responsibility to stay updated and ensure all guests agree to adhere to the most recent version during your stay. As providers of high-end upscale homes, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. We kindly request that cigarette butts are not thrown on the ground.

Respecting our exclusive neighborhood and neighbors is of utmost importance to us. Outrageous parties and any disturbance to neighbors are strictly prohibited. Engaging in such behavior will result in immediate eviction without any refund. We expect all guests to adhere to the information provided on our website and any other rental documents provided. While we trust that your stay will be flawless, we must remind you that our homes are located in quiet, upscale neighborhoods, and respecting our neighbors is our top priority.

If we receive reports of disturbances from our neighbors or the police, we reserve the right to ask you to leave without any refund. We acknowledge that most guests are considerate, clean, and respectful. Unfortunately, there have been isolated incidents where guests have failed to uphold these standards.

Here is a list of behaviors that are strictly prohibited on our premises. It is imperative that you communicate and explain these rules to all your guests or anyone visiting the home. We require all guests to visit our website and familiarize themselves with these Rules & Regulations.

Smoking inside the home or disposing of cigarette butts on the ground

Tampering with pool equipment

Moving furniture from room to room

Hosting DJs, live bands, or loud, wild parties

Jumping off the roof into the pool

Inviting additional guests or hosting parties without prior written consent

Playing loud music outside after 11 pm

Requesting early check-in or late checkout

Leaving dirty dishes in the kitchen

Using the BBQ as a fire pit

Igniting fireworks of any kind

Engaging in fights or disruptive behavior

Contacting the police for reasons other than medical emergencies

Bringing pets or animals onto the premises at any time

Leaving trash on the property, neighboring properties, or the neighborhood

Flushing feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes, etc., down the toilet

If you wish to heat the pool or Jacuzzi during your stay, please notify us in writing at least 3 days prior to check-in. We cannot guarantee the temperature or consistency of the pool water but will make every effort to accommodate your request.

As a responsible guest, it is your duty to leave the home in the same condition as you found it, except for washing sheets, towels, and linens. Please ensure all dishes are washed or run through the dishwasher before checking out. There should be no leftover food in the refrigerator or the home, and all remaining food must be discarded.
