Fireplace and firepit are disabled for safety issues . Heated Salt Water Pool . The space is a vacationer’s dream. All three bedrooms have en suite baths and walk in closets. The master suite is larger with a double shower however. The chef’s kitchen features all stainless appliances with a double oven, five burner cook top, wine fridge and designer cabinetry. And the outdoor space is just as impressive with a newly landscaped yard with heated salt water pool and loungers. The expansive back deck boasts fantastic view of Lake Hollywood, Lake Hollywood and downtown LA. Fun Fact : Iconic Celebrity homes directly across the lake. Guests are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety. Fireplace and fire pit are disabled for safety issues . Although I won’t be on the premises, I’m only a call or a text away to address any questions or concerns. Think of me as your personal concierge with recommendations for restaurants and activities. I recommend Uber / lyft if you are visiting LA to avoid parking fees /tickets and a major headache from traffic . ** EVENT RATES AVAILABLE , send an inquiry with a description of your event and # of people attending for rates . This house is not suitable for parties or events . If you plan on having more than 6 guests over please let me know prior to your arrival .
