There is a $65 per day pool and spa heating fee which may be paid directly in cash upon check-in or in advance when booking, if a guest would like the pool heated. Owner reserves the right to have guests sign a rental agreement provided by Owner to Guest, prior to moving in to the Property. We are happy to send a copy of the Rental Agreement in advance of booking, please inquire. Owner reserves the right to collect a $3,000 refundable security deposit, in cash or certified check, for renting this home which is paid directly to the homeowner either prior to, or on the day of, check-in.
