- Refundable Damage Deposit - $2,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $2,000.00

- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Please note that there are government orders in place requiring a 24-hour period of unoccupied units between check-out and housekeeping cleaning. Additionally, units must be blocked off for 24 to 48 hours between check-in and check-out to ensure thorough cleaning in accordance with Covid-19 standards.
We take pride in providing upscale, high-end homes and strictly prohibit "party houses." Our rules and regulations may change, and it is your responsibility to stay updated. Smoking is not allowed inside the home, and cigarette butts should not be thrown on the ground.
Respecting our neighbors and the exclusive neighborhoods in which our homes are located is of utmost importance to us. We do not tolerate disturbances to our neighbors or wild parties. In the event of outrageous parties, guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
It is essential for all guests to adhere to the information provided on our website and any other documents related to the rental. Our homes are situated in tranquil upscale neighborhoods, and respecting our neighbors' peace and privacy is paramount.
Failure to follow the rules and regulations outlined below may result in guests being asked to leave without a refund. We kindly request that all guests and visitors review and familiarize themselves with these rules and regulations on our website.
Unacceptable behavior includes smoking inside the home (with a $500 fine for violations) and throwing cigarette butts on the ground. Tampering with pool equipment, moving furniture between rooms, hosting loud, wild parties, jumping off the roof into the pool, additional guests or parties without prior consent, loud music outside after 11 pm, early check-in, late checkout, leaving dirty dishes in the kitchen, using the BBQ as a fire pit, fireworks, fighting, police calls for reasons other than medical emergencies, and pets or animals on the premises are strictly prohibited.
Guests should refrain from leaving trash on the property, neighboring properties, or the neighborhood and should not dispose of feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes, etc., in the toilet. If you wish to heat the pool or Jacuzzi, please notify us in writing at least 3 days prior to check-in. We cannot guarantee the pool water temperature or consistency.
