Villa Demi is a spectacular luxury villa on the border of Belair and Brentwood in Los Angeles. Featuring breathtaking design that embodies the region's natural beauty and the city's finest contemporary style, this seven-bedroom vacation rental is an incomparable private oasis for family reunions and destination wedding guests.
Ensconced in lush gardens, the villa's property boasts expansive terraces and lounge areas for plein air relaxation. Steep your body in the hot tub and plunge into the infinite swimming pool. Relax on loungers on the baja ledge and ample deck, and sip cocktails under a lovely parasol. Practice your short game on the putting green as alluring odors waft from the barbeque grill; then relish a meal at the alfresco table. Several sumptuous lounge areas invite you to conversations around the fire.
Large glass doors open from the terrace to the villa's 10,000-square-foot interior, imbuing the spectacular living areas with delicious fresh air. Multiple lavish lounges set the stage for memorable nights, while an elegant dining table invites you to feasts beneath gorgeous chandeliers. The luminous kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the line German appliances, Italian cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. The villa features five deluxe bedroom suites and a maid's quarters in the Main House, and a sixth suite in the Carriage House. The guest rooms all have queen beds, while the maid's quarters has a twin bed and ensuite bathroom. The Carriage House suite has a king size bed, fireplace, walk-in closet, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and bathtub.
Beyond Villa Demi, you're perfectly situated for enjoying the unparalelled city of Los Angeles. The Getty Center is just three miles from your door, while Santa Monica, Venice, and Hollywood are all within ten miles.
