Its location in the coveted (and star-studded) “Bird Streets” neighborhood puts guests only minutes from the shopping, dining and iconic sights of Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

Private terraces stretching nearly the length of the house offer ample space to soak up the California sun. Sip refreshments at the sitting area, splash in the infinity pool and hot tub, and gather around the firepit or heat lamps as the sun sinks toward the ocean. If you’d prefer to entertain indoors, you’ll find a wet bar, sound system, Apple TV and even a grand piano to make it easy.

Spend an afternoon hiking the trails at Topanga State Park, or pick one of several beaches within a short drive for a day of sun and surf.
