Modern architecture presides throughout this recently remodeled multi level villa, centrally located in one of LA’s most sought after neighborhoods and nestled on a private road high above Sunset Blvd. Anyone planning on staying put for a while will appreciate the array of welcome distractions this wonderful home provides.

Challenge each other with board games or shoot some pool on the professional billiards table in the game room. Binge your favorite shows in the home theatre with plush stadium seating. Those needing to unwind can take advantage of the private cedar sauna or master bathroom’s jacuzzi tub.

Need some fresh air? Spend some time lounging beside the private heated swimming pool & spa or step onto one of the private outdoor terraces or the expansive rooftop deck and enjoy striking city and mountain views.

Guest access
Reserving guest must be at check in. No one is allowed into the home before person on the reservation. Door codes, keys and or remotes are not given directly to guest. Upon arrival you will be greeted personally by an LMR property manager who will show you around the property, show you how to operate things in the home and answer any questions you might have. At this time you will be given codes, keys and or remote. Throughout your stay our team will be at your disposable should you need anything. We look forward to hosting you!
