SAFETY: The neighborhood is extremely safe. It is ok to walk around in the early morning or late at night. HOUSE: Living room of the house is cozy and relaxing. There is a fire place, 3 couchs with pillows, and Cable TV with 200+ channels. Dinning room is fine with designer furniture. 2 Bedroom have King size bed, 3 bedroom has queen size bed. All the rooms have plenty of closet space, and mirrors. We can provide you with an extra air mattress if you need to. There are 3 bathroom in the house. OUTDOOR: The back yard of the house is large and completely private. There is a large pool with jacuzzi, fire pit and garden dinning area. PARKING: 4+ parking spaces included OTHER: High-Speed WiFi, Washer & Dryer in the house The house is very private, you will have full access to the house and the yard. I'm staying 10 min away from the house so if you need anything I'm easy to reach. I'm always glad to give recommendations for restaurants and places around. Heart of Los Angeles. Very safe neighborhood, you can walk around early in the morning or even late at night with confidence. 5 min or less to Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr, Sunset Strip, The Grove, West Hollywood, best restaurants and shopping of the city! The location of the house is amazing. You are next to everything, many convince stores and groceries are less than 5 min away. If you wish to explore the city, you can use rental car, or uber.
