The space
The open kitchen has an oversized island and top-of-the-line Miele appliances that include two dishwashers, two ovens and a paneled refrigerator that camouflages with the chic aesthetic of surrounding dark cabinetry. Fleetwood pocket doors disappear into the walls of the great living room, allowing the entire home to open to the outside. The master suite has a deck overlooking the pool below, enormous his/her walk-in closets, fireplace and 5-star bath. Rooftop deck with fire pit is great for entertaining and seeing unobstructed views of the city.

? Any visitors must be approved by the host in writing.

Fees:

? Early check-in at 2pm is $200 (cleaners may still be working).
? Late check-out at 1pm is $200.
? There is a $200 per day fee to heat the pool and/or hot tub.
? There is a $100 per day fee for each guest staying that exceeds 8 guests.
? Pets welcome for $200 per pet fee.
