The space
The first floor suite can serve as a guest house with gourmet kitchen, bath and direct access to the beach and outdoor shower. The second floor features soaring ceilings over the indoor/outdoor living room that feels like you’re floating over the sand. The generous terrace past the walls of sliding glass is complete with privacy shades, heaters, and louvered roof. A chef's kitchen with an island and hidden walk-in pantry complete this level. The primary suite occupies the entire top floor with a walk-in closet, spa-like bathroom with oversized shower, dual vanities and stainless soaking tub. Flow out to a generous private terrace with lounge area and outdoor spa. It’s truly beach living at its finest.

? There are noise sensors to monitor noise levels.
? Any visitors must be approved by the host in writing.

Fees:

? Early check-in at 2pm is $200 (cleaners may still be working).
? Late check-out at 1pm is $200.
? There is a $200 per day fee to heat the hot tub.
? There is a $100 per day fee for each guest staying that exceeds 8 guests.
? Pets welcome for $200 per pet fee.
