- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

The space
On the grand main floor you’ll find an Italian designed kitchen, lavish dining and living areas, fireplace and glass wine cellar. Top of the line bedrooms with decadent baths, closets and views. Outside, enjoy the 70 foot infinity pool with spa, various seating, fire pit, BBQ and great garden area. Fees:
? Early check-in at 2pm is $300 (cleaners may still be working).
? Late check-out at 1pm is $300.
? There is a $300 per day fee to heat the pool and/or hot tub.
? There is a $100 per day fee for each guest staying that exceeds 8 guests.
? Pets welcome for $500 per pet fee.
