This newly constructed contemporary masterpiece In the heart of Hollywood Hills was designed with an architectural eye. This gated villa showcases an open floor-plan featuring soaring ceilings. The space
The kitchen boasts a 20-ft island, in addition to large dining and living areas adorned with a fireplace in the center. A long hallway, with walnut walls, features 3 hidden pocket doors that lead you into the guest bedrooms. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, with high ceilings, large windows and views of Downtown L.A. Large porcelain tile flows throughout the interior and exterior giving a seamless airy feel throughout.

Fees:

? Late check-out at 1pm is $200.
? There is a $200 per day fee to heat the pool and/or hot tub.
? There is a $100 per day fee for each guest staying that exceeds 8 guests.
? Pets welcome for $200 per pet fee.
