With the current situation, we must screen all potential guests as neighbors are more likely to complain about any issues. NO events, social gatherings or parties allowed at all, these are prohibited unless express written permission is recieved in advance from owner or property manager. NO music outside by the pool area after sun down 8:00pm- 10:am are quiet hours, music must be kept a decent level during daytime use of the pool as well NO additional guest above what is on the booking agreement allowed, please be sure to include the accurate number of guests when booking. NO smoking inside the house, this is strictly prohibited * please be sure to read the rental agreement in entirety as more information is provided and you will be asked to initial and sign in agreence. **If any issue shall arise where there are complaints of noise, loitering, public disturbance, acts of violence, un-permitted events or any other interference there will be a forefure of your security deposit and you will be asked to check out.
