Important Notes

Guest Policy:
- Maximum of 8 guests and 4 vehicles allowed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property; no additional visitors are allowed.
Pool Heating:
- The pool heat pump is effective when outdoor temperatures are above 50°F. During colder weather, heating may require 3-5 days’ advance notice and may be less effective.
- Spa heating is available at no extra cost.

Additional Features

Security: The property is equipped with active RING cameras monitoring the exterior for your safety:
1. Doorbell camera (entry and driveway).
2. Front-of-property camera.
3. Backyard camera.
  (Note: Non-functional exterior cameras are present but inactive.)
