Refundable Damage Deposit - $1,500.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1,500.00

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description

The property is about 5 miles east of the Strip. Fabulous 7 bedroom and 5 1/2 Bath house perfect for your group of up to 20 adults + 2 kids. ALL TVs in the house (10 of them) have paid subscriptions to HULU with LIVE TV. They are all Roku TVs so there is also plenty of additional FREE content + you can log into your own personal Netflix, YouTube TV, Vudu, or many other apps if desired. Lots of Shade and outdoor seating + TONS of games inside and out.
