Welcome to our contemporary modern jewel w/ amazing Japanese modern fusion designed and built as vacation rental close to everything in Las Vegas! We sought to equip our villa to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay. You want to feel relaxed while on vacation. We have made an effort to make the Suite feel like a cozy and comfort retreat. We hope you enjoy our piece of paradise.

The space
Incredible 22,000+ sq. ft. private compound and 4900sq.ft. Livable Area. This property has total privacy with a customize giant 10 ft. deep pool for summer and winter fun with blasting heaters. With grotto, cascading waterfalls and water slides. There is mist in the grotto to keep it cool. A table in the middle of the spa. Equipped w/ the largest full outdoor kitchen with drinks cooler, wok burners, hot plate and barbecue grill. Has 5 pergolas in the front and backyard, 18 tall trees w/ bamboos, Basketball half court, putting green and more games equipment.

This beautifully renovated Villa has an open-concept living area. Perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring, with large couch, tables and plenty of chairs, wall mounted 3 flat-screen 70” TVs with access to hundreds of channels. Has dedicated full bar area. Grand kitchen for the chef in your group, fully equipped with artistic touches that’ll make you feel right at luxurious home. Has 27ft. long island plus 8ft. long countertop with plenty of cabinets and high-quality kitchenware’s to help you prepare scrumptious meal and a full spectrum view onto the magnificent customized resort-like pool and waterfalls!

For your comfort, with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The huge master bedroom has King bed, walk-in closet, highly upgraded master bathroom with luxurious tub, seated sauna/steam shower, large vanity counter. All 10 bedroom’s beds are dressed with Beautyrest mattresses and new luxurious bedding. All bathrooms are rebuilt with pebble stone enclose shower with ultra-luxury shower panel system-Rain massage with jets.
