City License # (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Each room has it's own bathroom and wall mounted TV ,FENCED large swimming pool for hot summer days, This house is backed to a community park with walking trails and sports facilities , the house comes equipped with a treadmill and is located on a quiet street with almost no neighbors!! Casita with a separate entrance provides additional privacy, front gated inviting yard with sitting areas and a pond, huge backyard with BBQ ,covered patio and gazebo. All parts of the house and facilities will be accessible to guests. The house is centrally located and and close to freeway, 7 minutes from the strip, close to dining and shopping and yet secluded in it's own corner. Guest can enjoy additional services we can provide, anything from information how to get around to food delivery and preparation, babysitting referral as well as private chef referrals. Quiet neighborhood but in walking distance from major traffic routes The house is centrally located and and close to freeway, 7 minutes from the strip, close to dining and shopping. You can park 20 (!) cars in garage driveway and street (this was tried by us a few times...) The house is within walking distance to major streets with buses going East-West and North -South traffic routes
