This beautifully decorated vacation home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a game room with a pool table, and a family room with a big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. This gourmet kitchen boasts plenty of room for dining in the formal dining room and the breakfast area. This home has 2 master suites both with walk-in closets.
World Series of Poker WSOP participants should note that this home is equipped with a full-size poker table. This home is about a 5-minute drive to the Rio Casino and has very easy access to both U.S. 95 and I-15. The well-equipped kitchen can handle a dinner party in the formal dining room or a late-night snack in the nook. The kitchen Island is 12 feet long and can seat 8 at the breakfast bar. A pool table is provided for additional indoor fun. High-speed internet access and wireless router for access from anywhere within the property.
Four nicely decorated bedrooms await your stay. All four bedrooms have king-size beds, 3 of these bedrooms have their own bathroom. The family room has a fold-out double bed. The property has a large laundry room with two washers and two dryers for fast laundry for large groups. This home is plumbed with two water heaters at opposite ends of the house, so large groups never run out of hot water.
Outside, the fun and relaxation continue with a large in-ground pool and spa. The pool has a large 'Wet-Deck' for kids that is 12' x 12'. The wet deck is 8" in the shallow end and 14" in the deep end. It's perfect for small children. There are 6 lounges for soaking up the Las Vegas sun. There is patio furniture that seats 8 and a barbecue grill for a great outdoor experience. This yard is very private with no view from any other home.
All linens and towels are provided. Please, no smoking in the house.
