This newly completed, privately-owned, third floor Residence in building 5, located within the exclusive "Montage Kapalua Bay" is waiting for you to arrive!!

The Master Bedroom includes a King Bed covered in fine linens, a walk-in closet with personal safe, "floor to ceiling" sliding glass doors leading onto the ocean view lanai, and a spacious bathroom with "his and her" sinks, a luxurious soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. The Junior Master Suite features a King Bed, walk-in closet, large en-suite bathroom with "his and her" sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. The third bedroom has two Queen Beds and includes a large closet, an ensuite bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. The Den serves as additional sleeping area or use it as your office if your having a working vacation. For your convenience, a separate laundry room is located off the kitchen and is complete with full size, front loading washer and dryer.

Amenities of the property include an onsite 5-Star restaurant, a snack/gift shop, room service, use of the one of a kind 8,500 square foot lagoon pool, access to the Owners Private Beach Club pool and bar and a staff that is ready to assist you with towels, umbrellas or setting up lounge chairs. Children's activities include a wonderful kiddies pool, play areas, daily feeding of the Koi pond fish and more. Access to the workout facilities at "Spa Montage" is included with a purchased Spa treatment; otherwise a daily use fee applies.
