This exquisite 3500 square foot 2nd floor residence located at the Montage Kapalua Bay, offers convenient access to the beautiful resort grounds, spectacular pools, and most importantly...is just steps away from fabulous Kapalua Bay Beach!

The kitchen and bathrooms boast beautiful granite countertops. You will love the fully equipped kitchen wihen preparing breakfast, a snack on the go, or a four course dinner. The space is lined with sliding glass doors leading to the lanai, as is the adjoining dining room, which seats six comfortably.

This lovely home does not lack eating space, should you prefer a formal sit down dinner, or a BBQ on the private and expansive lanai...an amazing space to read a book, take a nap, watch the sunset, and gaze at the evening stars.

Gardenia Residence provides three spacious bedrooms:
Bedroom One - King bed, luxurious bedding, large screen television, walk-in closet, personal safe, in suite bathroom with spa tub and large walk-in shower.
Bedroom Two - King bed, luxurious beding, large screen television, walk-in closet, in suite bathroom with soaking tub and large walk-in shower.
Bedroom Three - 2 Queens beds, luxurious bedding, large screen television, large closet, in suite bathroom with large walk-in shower.
Additional Bedding - There is a den with a sofa sleeper that that can be used as a fourth bedroom.
Additional Bathroom - There is an additional 1/2 bathroom in the residence common area.
