Individually owned, privately managed "Ginger Residence", at the exclusive, "Montage Kapalua Bay", offers 3500 square feet of luxuriously appointed indoor and outdoor living space. The exquisite Master Suite offers a king size bed and a luxurious en-suite Master Bath, complete with two separate sinks, a large soaking tub, and shower. The Junior Master Suite also offers a king size bed and spacious en-suite bathroom, and the third bedroom features two queen size beds and an en-suite bathroom. There is a separate office/den off the kitchen and a convenient 1/2 bath off the living room.

Granite countertops and dark wood cabinetry accent the gourmet kitchen. The granite-topped island, complete with sink and seating area, is perfect for a quick snack, or when extra space is needed for meal preparation. The formal dining room's elegant touches are enhanced by ocean views, and the expansive lanai has an an outdoor kitchen including gas BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying sunset dinners.
