Situated along the Weiskopf course, the home offers stunning views while remaining incredibly private.
The Space
Inside, nearly 4200 square feet of thoughtfully planned living space blends modern luxury with warmth and style. The chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, Wolf gas range, premium appliances, and a spacious island with bar seating. Gather in the open great room with its comfortable sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and pool table, or enjoy cocktails at the wet bar complete with wine fridge, prep sink, and glassware.
Dining options abound with a formal dining room, a kitchen table, and multiple outdoor spaces for al fresco meals.
The primary suite offers a king bed, seating area, private access to the backyard, and a spa-inspired bathroom with dual sinks, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads and bench seating. Additional suites include a queen bedroom with ensuite bath, a twin bedroom with ensuite bath, and a private detached casita with king bed, ensuite bath, TV lounge, desk, and courtyard access. An extra airbed is available for added flexibility.
Outdoor Living
The backyard is a resort all its own. Lounge beside the saltwater pool and spa with tanning shelf and waterfall, or sharpen your skills on the putting green before heading to the course.
