Description
Located beachfront on Maui’s sunny south side, this Kihei vacation rental condo features views of the ocean, neighbor islands, and the Haleakala volcano. Menehune Shores 627 is a top-floor end unit with high ceilings and plenty of windows, just steps from a lovely community pool and a sandy beach.
Freshly painted, with custom hardwood floors and a Hawaiiana feel, the condo boasts two bedrooms with king bed in master, queen bed in guest bedroom, two full baths, wireless internet, cable, and an in-unit washer and dryer for total guest comfort. Along with a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating, it offers a dining area for four, which flows into an inviting living space with a large sofa.
Sliding doors from the living space lead out to a lanai with open-air dining, where guests can enjoy views of the sun setting over the Pacific. The beautifully maintained grounds below contain an oceanfront pool and shuffleboard courts, with a sandy beach and a peaceful, protected swimming area beyond. The building also houses a restaurant, and its rooftop deck with barbecue grills provides the perfect place for whale watching during their migration.
This south Maui vacation rental condo allows convenient access Sugar Beach and Keawakapu (two of Hawaii’s best choices for long beach walks), as well as excellent snorkeling spots in Wailea and Makena (such as Maluaka Beach and the Ahihi-Kinau Reserve). The town of Kihei also includes a wide variety of restaurant options, as well as shopping, nightlife, and a new theater. From this desirable location, guests can easily access attractions on other parts of the island, such as boat tours on the west side, incredible surfing/windsurfing on the north shore, and hiking and horseback riding in the upcountry region.
Standard Occupancy for this property is 4 guests. There will be an extra fee for additional guests over the standard occupancy.
