The new K308 has Italian leather sofas that seat eight guests forming a large conversation area in front of the new 60" HD TV in the great room. Now you can download Netflix movies for free, or enjoy HD television throughout K308. Each room has a CD/DVD player including several BluRay players, HD cable programs, iPod alarm clock radio. There is a HD DVR in the great room to record your favorite entertainment while you are at the beach or enjoying Maui's sunshine.

The great room is orientated to fully capture a panorama of brilliant blue-green seas, glittering golden and pink sunsets, and romantic moonsets. A second patio with glass sliding doors located off the kitchen serves to open up another dimension of beautiful views. There are three king beds and in the 4th sleeping space - an enclosed den room off the great room - with a real queen bed (not a sofa bed). Suitable for all types of visitors, this sublime resort residence is decorated in very good quality traditional furnishings. The decor is a very pretty blend of light white wood trim with varying shades light and dark green, burnished gold brass, champagne capiz, teal and turquoise blues, and buttercream fabrics. Cool to the touch creme color travertine floors openly flow from the front entrance throughout the great room.

This warmly decorated and comfortable vacation home has a wonderful master bath with a deep soaking tub and separate glass block shower. Further, the fourth sleeping space is a cozy den bedroom located off the ocean view great room that is enclosed by solid glass doors and drapery. Within the den/alcove bedroom is a real queen size bed (not a sofa bed), a desk and side chair with printer/fax/copier/scanner, and an array of convenient office supplies.

Ride the dedicated elevator up three stories to a prime elevation set above the family pool and spa, as well as the residents-only gym. At this elevation, guests are privileged with unequaled panoramic views of the ocean, the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea Resorts, and westward towards the sparkling blue Pacific. Facing the ocean, floor to ceiling solid glass doors and screen doors retract for an open-air living experience. The true ocean vista is simply impossible to capture in photographs. With confidence we can boast that you likely may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, if other than to lounge day and night on the ocean view private terrace, from where you can whale watch during winter season, star gaze at night, and otherwise be entertained by mother nature`s soul-stirring and ever-changing hues of blue in both sea and sky.

The quality of furnishings, electronics, beds, bed and bath linens, kitchen goods, household supplies, and personal service, are truly unsurpassed in comparison to other generic rental pool units on property. The amenities provided equal those of even the most rich hotel suites. This privately owned, uniquely decorated and professionally managed upper level villa is simply exceptional, within Wailea Beach Villas or anywhere else in Hawaii. Our favorite features include the multiple iPod docking stations, plush living room sofas, long rectangle shaped dining table that seats eight guests, European import cabinets, nine foot lofty ceilings, honed marble floors, spacious floor plan, granite and hard wood finishes, luxurious bath and bed linens, exceptional electronics, and the fully equipped work space.

The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau Ceran surface electric cook top, Bosch electronic dishwasher, dual coffee makers with grinder. Guests who choose to dine-in will enjoy cooking on the private in-villa Viking gas grill.

Special Terms: This villa overlooks the family pool and spa and is in somewhat close proximity to the center courtyard area of the "Tower Building" also known as the "Penthouse Building". Guests should expect some ambient livings sounds from the family pool. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation. Overall, it is far more pleasant and enjoyable to vacation at Wailea Beach Villas than at almost any other resort or hotel.

 

The AOAO/HOA has implemented a policy that restricts access to chaise lounges at each of the two pools to a maximum of six persons at any one time from each villa during peak periods - at it's discretion. Although we allow 8 guests to enjoy this apartment, please know that in order to use the pools, you may have to limit your use to a maximum of 6 guests at one pool at the same time during peak season. During off-season, when there are plenty of pool chaises available, you may not encounter this issue. Bringing portable beach chairs to the pool area is not allowed. The portable beach chairs at your villa are for use when you take excursions to other beaches on Maui. We suggest you split up and use both pools if you want to swim or sun pool-side at the same time, otherwise, up to 8 guests are allowed use of the "beach set-ups" on Wailea Beach. Please know that the AOAO/HOA takes this rule very seriously, and they will vigorously enforce it for the convenience of all resort guests.
