Recently introduced to our exquisite villa collection is "Turquoise Cove" G301/G302 at Makena Surf, a sophisticated executive-style 4 bedroom 5 bath double-size resort residence that sleeps up to eight guests in a prime top floor corner location. From G301/G302 there is a huge vista of turquoise waters, powder blue skies, scarlet sunsets, and cotton candy white clouds. In contrast to other nearby resorts, Makena Surf is a tranquil oasis of tropical seclusion that offers resort living in a low-density, low-rise, and less crowded ambiance.

Turquoise Cove is a double unit that was converted from 2 two bedroom villas. This is the only 4 bedroom villa available for visitor rental within the Makena Surf Resort. As many as 8 guests have plenty of room to spread out since Turquoise Cove has more than 3,000 square feet of bona-fide luxury living space! Enjoy a spectacular panoramic ocean and beachfront vista from three different outdoor verandas. We also like to boast about the flexible bedding. Two oceanfront master bedrooms have king beds, while the two guest bedrooms offer a choice of two twin beds or another king bed. Therefore, G301/G302 is perfect for families or for four couples.

A visit to Turquoise Cove is an extraordinary vacation experience. Within Makena Surf are free tennis courts, free self-parking, two heated swimming pools one of which is an over-sized lap pool, two hot tubs, roving on-site security staff, and emerald green gardens with pastel blooming tropical flowers. Just below G301/G302 is a sandy cove. A broad post-card perfect golden sand beach is adjacent to the F building which is next to the G building.

 

Special Terms: Important Construction Disclosure: In 2016 and again in 2018, some remodeling work may be scheduled in other units in the G building any time from late April and until just before Thanksgiving. The owner, Property Manager, and Travel Agent, are not responsible for any inconvenience you may experience should construction noise be audible.

 

This unit will be listed for sale as of April 2016. Reservations are still taken and guaranteed up to 6 months in advance of today's date. Reservations will transfer with the sale of the property and the buyer will be required to honor reservations.

 

This property does NOT have elevators and G301/G302 is on the top 3rd floor. However, the initial access is actually approx. 1/2 flight up from the ground level, so in total, walking up to the 3rd floor is really no further of a climb than if living in a 2 story residential home.

 

The swimming pool and beach are not staffed with a County of Maui lifeguard, however, the nearby Makena "Big Beach" Park does have a lifeguard during most day-time hours.

 

Please note that there are 6 cats that roam the grounds of the expansive Makena Surf Resort. The homeowner's association keeps them on property with the knowledge that they provide a practical form of pest control. The cats are friendly but should never be allowed inside. Please do not pet or feed the cats. Thank you for your "kokua" or cooperation.
