Set on the top floor of the tower building at Wailea Beach Villas, guests of M511 have one of the best panoramas available - even better than that viewable from many of the nearby hotel suites. The best entertainment on earth is here for you to enjoy from M511. Facing west and south, the seasonal whale watching, sapphire blue skies, aqua ocean, and golden sunsets are so precious it is impossible to illustrate the various morning, daylight and twilight scenes with words. Radiant natural sunlight flows through all of the rooms via the floor to ceiling glass doors and abundant windows. At night while the stars shine overhead, brilliant moonbeams reflect off the ocean and bathe the villa in a romantic soft glow. The moonsets are as impressive as the sunsets.

Regal Mandalay is professionally assembled in a very tasteful modern theme using leather furnishings, a blend of Asian inspired touches, and a cheerful color scheme that tastefully mixes celadon and jade greens, buttercream, turquoise, and sapphire blue. The walls, trim, and floors were done in a custom color palette consisting of vanilla walls, rich butterscotch granite counters, and creme color travertine marble floors.

Our favorite features include the iPod docks, exceptional electronics with premium television channels via the HD cable boxes in all rooms, European imported cabinets, nine foot lofty ceilings, and honed marble floors.

The gourmet kitchen is supremely well equipped with a plethora of Cuisinart small appliances, an espresso machine, two coffee makers, two Sub-Zero refrigerators with beverage drawers, freezer with ice maker, Thermador stainless steel convection oven with microwave, Gaggenau Ceran surface electric cooktop, Bosch electronic dishwasher. A full assortment of fine quality barware and glassware, and plentiful serving dishes for family meals are stocked. Guests who choose to dine-in will enjoy cooking on the private in-villa Viking gas grill.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom provides a choice of two twin beds or a second king bed. In the enclosed den room located off the great room is a third bed - a real queen bed, not a sleeper sofa! The den now has shoji screens to provide excellent privacy.

This warmly decorated and comfortable vacation home has two nicely appointed bedrooms with en-suite full baths, as well as an enclosed third bedroom set in an ocean view den alcove off the great room. Within the den alcove is a queen bed (not a sleeper sofa!), desk and side chair, as well as an array of convenient office supplies and a 4-in-1 office machine.

Ride your very own dedicated elevator up five stories to a prime elevation set above the family pool and spa, as well as the residents-only gym. At this elevation, guests are privileged with unequaled panoramic views of Wailea Beach, the Four Seasons and Grand Wailea Resorts, and westward towards the sparkling blue Pacific. Facing the ocean, floor to ceiling solid glass doors and screen doors retract for an open-air living experience. This previously undiscovered vista is simply impossible to capture in photographs. With confidence we can boast that you likely may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, if other than to lounge day and night on the ocean view private terrace, from where you can whale watch during winter season, star gaze at night, and otherwise be entertained by mother nature`s soul-stirring and ever-changing hues of blue in both sea and sky.

Special Terms: Guests should expect some slight mixed ambient livings sounds including from a luau held at the Marriott Resort 4 nights per week for 2 hours at sunset. The building is well constructed with double pane glass windows which provide excellent sound insulation.
