- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

One of only two ground floor beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condos that are closer to the beach than any other Ko'Olina Resort residence. We manage both beachfront units, which are available to rent as fully furnished turn-key luxury vacation rentals, for a week at a time. Larger groups can book both condos for a total of 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and beds for up to 12 guests! Our unit has been professionally designed with Adriana Hoyos furnishings and Chef Roy Yamaguchi kitchen - fully stocked with cookware, bakeware and utensils to prepare everything from mixed drinks to gourmet meals (yet another savings over the resort!). The condo offers 1,575 square feet of living space which includes a 260-foot lanai with private grass and lounge area. Retractable sliding doors allow for maximum indoor/outdoor living and that true Hawaiian feeling. Hotel-type comforts include spa robes for adults and children, sumptuous bath amenities like Molton Brown, coffee, tea, and bottled water. We also include a welcome gift from a local cookie company that everyone raves about! Daily housekeeping service is available, and 'exclusive' concierge service to book your tee times, dinner reservations and excursions. Add to this amenities like an in-room safe, TV in every room and the most comfortable beds you have ever slept in will no doubt seal the deal, and prompt you to return year after year. A/C Notes: This unit has two Central AC systems with two separate thermostats. They should not be set below 70° Fahrenheit. Please help us conserve electricity and turn the temperature up when leaving the unit.

LAP POOL CLOSURE
START DATE: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2019
END DATE: FRIDAY, DEC 20, 2019
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM TO 5:30 PM
WORK DAYS: MONDAY through SATURDAY
Lap Pool closure to repair the substrate deficiencies and resulting delaminating tiles. Project
will involve demolition of the lap pool tile bed and underlying mortar, and replace with new.
Every effort will be made to keep noise to a minimum and our goal is to complete the project
before Christmas. Actual demolition starts Sep 25.
