- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description
The elegant island-style décor at Hale Kona Kai creates tasteful, tranquil surroundings for the ultimate escape to paradise. The villa features a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and bar seating, along with a dining area for six, both of which enjoy an especially stunning ocean view. A lovely living space is furnished with inviting seating and a large flat-screen television.
The sumptuous master suite includes a king-size bed, a lanai with golf course and mountain views, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and dual sinks. With two additional bedrooms, another full bath, and a half bath, the villa comfortably accommodates six and can sleep up to eight if the group includes children who can use a travel crib or futon. Amenities such as central air conditioning with two separate thermostats and an in-villa washer and dryer ensure that guests have all the conveniences of home.
Hale Kona Kai’s covered lanai boasts comfortable lounge seating and a spectacular ocean view. The grounds of the resort contain two pools, three jacuzzis, a fitness center, a beach bar, and direct access to lagoon two, the least crowded of the four Ko Olina lagoons. The villa also has two dedicated stalls in the parking garage.
This west Oahu villa allows easy access not only to the breathtaking Ko Olina lagoons, but to the resort community’s restaurants, shops, golf course, and marina. In the nearby city of Kapolei, guests will find additional dining and shopping possibilities, along with major retailers like Target, Walmart, and Costco. Just a 20-mile drive also leads to the endless activities and attractions in Honolulu.

LAP POOL CLOSURE
START DATE: MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2019
END DATE: FRIDAY, DEC 20, 2019
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM TO 5:30 PM
WORK DAYS: MONDAY through SATURDAY
Lap Pool closure to repair the substrate deficiencies and resulting delaminating tiles. Project
will involve demolition of the lap pool tile bed and underlying mortar, and replace with new.
Every effort will be made to keep noise to a minimum and our goal is to complete the project
before Christmas. Actual demolition starts Sep 25.

and its users are our top priority as we work as quickly as possible to complete this much
needed repair.
