Refundable Damage Deposit - $5,000.00 will be charged at the time of booking which is refundable. If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $5,000.00

- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Description

Villa Makena is an oceanfront estate that has 2 homes that can sleep, 24 people. 12 bedrooms. It has wonderful views & a sandy walking beach just out your back door. Hawaii magzine has rated Kailua Beach on Oahu as the best beach in the state of Hawaii. These two magnificent homes are nestled on 2 acres of land, have their own swimming pool and hot tub. For rates on our 6 bedroom house only Please no soliciting or bartering for free rent. You may also book just one house if you look up Mele Komo on Airbnb for 12 guests. When renting you will have access to both houses the pool and cabana areas. The beach is right out beyond your front yard. Our property manager is on-site and is available when needed. Kailua is a wonderful neighborhood. There are no hotels and you feel like you are in a community. Everyone is very friendly. The town of Kailua is near. It is in walking distance but recommend taking a car if groceries are needed. You may rent bicycles or take a bus.
