The home comfortably accommodates six and is just a 10-minute walk from Keauhou Bay, the best place on the Big Island to swim with manta rays. Also a short walk from Keauhou Shopping Center, it offers convenient access to dining, shopping, and a movie theater.
The elegant bedrooms at Holua Kai #34 include a master with a king-size bed, sliding doors leading to a peaceful back yard, and an en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms come furnished with a queen-size bed and two twin beds. The open-concept floor plan includes a beautiful, modern kitchen with bar seating, a formal dining space, and a spacious living area that transitions seamlessly out to a covered lanai.
The lanai at Holua Kai #34 provides additional furniture for lounging, a gas barbecue grill, and a lovely outdoor dining area, all of which flow out to a private pool within a fenced-in back yard. Just steps from the ocean, the Holua Kai neighborhood also features a lookout point with breathtaking Pacific and sunset views. When it’s time to venture out of the neighborhood for island adventures, guests can take advantage of the beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, snorkeling gear, and cooler provided.
This Kona-area home allows easy access to gorgeous beaches like White Sands Beach Park, Kua Bay, and Makalawena. Oceanfront golf, attractions such as the Kealakekua Bay marine sanctuary, hiking opportunities, and waterfalls are also nearby, as well as numerous restaurants and shopping options in Kailua-Kona.
Please note, as a new community, Holua Kai continues to have building in progress between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., Monday through Friday only. At this time, while they are still building homes, the construction of the pool has been completed. Limited noise impact is predicted and there will be no disruptions during quiet hours.
