Welcome to Ohana House, your perfect home base when exploring the beautiful highlands of the Big Island of Hawaii. This large three bedroom home is just minutes from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, situated amidst the magical rainforest filled with wild ginger, native Ohia and towering fern trees. The home is clean, bright and airy. As you enter you're greeted by views of the rainforest from the great room, complete with a TV and gas stove with remote control thermostat. The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar crafted from native ohia trees. The three bedrooms are furnished with Hawaiian quilts and abundant linens to ensure your comfort. Two full baths have plenty of towels, plus the Ohia room has its own vanity. Be sure to bring along your laptop--we offer free wireless internet so you can keep in touch with friends and family via email. Perfect for one or two couples or a group of up to eight. The Paradise suite has a king-sized bed, the Tropical Sunrise room has a queen, the Ohia room has two twins (that can be converted to a King) and the loft has two cozy twins. Maid and shopping service can be made available upon request, we do provide a washer & dryer. Ohana means the Gathering or Family house in the Hawaiian language, and you'll find the Ohana House to be the perfect gathering place for your time in Volcano. Ohana House is perfectly secluded, nestled next to national forest land, but easily accessible. This is a great vacation rental for families, couples or honeymooners.
