A sofa sleeper in the living room converts into another queen-sized bed and can comfortably accommodate additional guests. This unit has a fantastic ocean view from the living room, master bedroom, and the lanai. This private, 14-unit complex overlooking beautiful Holualoa Bay features a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a recreation room with a pool table, ping pong table and card table. Additional amenities include a small workout room, as well as a barbecue area which is located directly across the street from the ocean. For your convenience, there is an elevator with assigned, covered parking under the building.
