A large sliding glass door provides fresh ocean air as well as prime views of the Pacific. Relax on the couch, watch your favorite movie or stroll a few steps out the large covered lanai. With seating for four, the lanai is the perfect locale for enjoying coffee, cocktails, or for watching the majestic whales in their natural ocean habitat. A reading nook just off the living room is an ideal space to peruse your favorite magazine or read a book.

The kitchen at Kona Alii 304 is outfitted with all large appliances, a variety of small ones, as well as all culinary essentials needed to create a savory gourmet meal. The dining room is situated just outside the kitchen and provides seating for four, and the perfect ambiance for enjoying dinner with family and friends.

When you’re ready for a restful night of sleep, look no further than the king-size bed. A small window above the bed lets in the fresh ocean air and just the right amount of light. The ensuite bathroom is furnished with fluffy cotton towels and a tub/shower combination The second bathroom has a step-in shower and lots of drawers for ample storage. Entry to the reading nook from the guest bathroom adds a cozy touch.

There’s plenty to do outdoors at Kona Alii 304. Take a refreshing swim in the pool, grill your favorite fish or veggies in the barbecue area or lounge poolside while visiting with friends. The complex also has a dedicated parking stall and elevator for easy access. You’ll love exploring the area and its many significant Hawaiian cultural landmarks. Both the Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Ali’i Drive. King Kamehameha I spent his last years living near the current site of what is now the King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel, until his passing in 1819. The Ahu’ena Heiau, located on the grounds of the hotel, is a reconstructed temple rebuilt by the late king and is on the register of National Historic Landmarks.
