OCEAN VIEWS AND CONTEMPORARY DESIGN greet you at Hillside Villa #7101 at Four Seasons Hualalai Resort, and is located on the fairway of the Hualālai Golf Course. This villa is perfect for a family or friends vacation you’ll remember for years to come. Golf fanatic? Enjoy watching the Mitsubishi Golf Tournament professionals play annually from this well positioned villa centrally located within the Resort community. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath ground level end unit villa, offers views of the Pacific Ocean, Golf Course and the Hualālai Mountains. Two (2) golf carts are included for your use!
A wall mounted 70" flat screen and ample plush seating in the great room assures entertainment and comfort. A dining table with seating for 6 adorns the dining area with additional seating for 6 just outdoors on the lanai. Floor to ceiling pocket doors join the great room to the outdoor lanai for indoor/outdoor island style living. A telescope is conveniently located in the great room for whale watching or star gazing from the large expansive covered lanai.
Enjoy ocean, sunset, and golf course views from the great room, kitchen, dining room and lanai. The lanai features outdoor dining seating for 6, 2 plush loungers, several couches and recliners and a BBQ. The modern kitchen features koa wood cabinets and brand new stainless steel high-end appliances, elegant recessed lighting, and ample counter and cabinet space outfit you in luxurious comfort and ease in preparing meals.
The spacious MASTER SUITE boasts a king sized bed, en suite bath, and opens to a private covered deck with garden views. The master bath enjoys his and hers sinks suspended in a custom Koa vanity along with over-sized soaking tub and walk-in and outdoor showers! You will never want to leave this bathroom spa.
The 2nd BEDROOM has a queen bed, TV with its own private lanai overlooking the golf course.
The 3rd BEDROOM is home to 2 twin beds TV, with windows overlooking the golf course.
A second bath features a large walk-in shower with large shower-head. The laundry room with washer and dryer complete the villa.
Central air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout the villa assure your maximum comfort day and night. TWO 4-seater golf carts are included in your rental to enjoy cruising around the resort grounds.
Guests are offered access to amenities at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Daily Resort fees are NOT INCLUDED IN THE DAILY RENTAL RATE, and are required to gain access to the Four Seasons Hotel/Resort amenities, but are not mandatory to book this residential vacation rental.
Your registration and Daily Resort Guest passes provide you access to Four Seasons Resort Hualalai amenities throughout your access dates.

Four Seasons Hualalai Resort FEES: Infants: Free (ages 0-4), Children: $32.50-$125 (ages 5-13), Adults: $65-$250 (Ages 14+). All residential rental guests in your party, not to exceed maximum occupancy, must either opt in or out as a group. Your group may opt in for selected consecutive days rather than for the entirety of the stay, a minimum of two days is required.
