- 50% refund (minus credit card charges) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Guests of this Turtle Bay Villa are registered guests of the resort, with full access to all amenities, including the resort’s pools, jacuzzi, water slide, spa, fitness center, business center, private dining, housekeeping, concierge service, room-charging privileges, 24-hour security, valet and bell service, and front desk check-in. Resort access can only be granted via Elite Pacific Properties; no other agency outside the resort itself has authorization to extend these privileges.
